Two satellites
at the Inmetro (Institute of Metrology) in Rio de Janeiro
will precede the NT07 conference on June 22:
• Computational
Challenges and Tools for Nanotubes (CCTN07)
• Metrology,
Standardization and Industrial Quality of Nanotubes (MSIN07)
- NEW
Inmetro is located in
Rio de Janeiro metropolitan area, 20 minutes from Rio
de Janeiro International Airport and 50 minutes from the
Copacabana and Ipanema districts. Please note that most
international flights to Belo Horizonte
(the nearest major city to Ouro Preto, the NT07 site)
have to either make a stop in Rio de Janeiro or São
Paulo. Therefore, if you are going to participate in NT07,
participation in CCTN07 and MSIN07 is probably not going to add
an extra leg (or cost, for that matter) to your flight.
